These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 222kd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), an internationally operated online betting and casino platform serving English-speaking adult players in Bangladesh. By accessing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through 222kd at https://222kd.io, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

• "Platform" means the 222kd website accessible at https://222kd.io, including all sub-pages, services, games, betting markets, and account functions made available therein.
• "Account" means the personal registered user account created by a Player on the Platform, used to access games, place bets, and manage funds.

Acceptance of Terms

Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Minimum Age Requirement

The 222kd Platform is strictly restricted to adults aged 21 years and above. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. 222kd will request identity documentation as part of the KYC process to verify this requirement. Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, and any funds held in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable responsible gaming standards.

3.2 Registration Requirements

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 222kd Platform at any time. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Account Rules

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 222kd login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. All activity conducted through your account, including all wagers placed and transactions made, will be deemed to have been authorised by you.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

222kd operates a mandatory KYC verification process for all accounts prior to the processing of any withdrawal. Verification documentation may include, but is not limited to:

• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 90 days).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account registered in your name, or bank account statement).

222kd reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage for enhanced verification purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4.3 Account Closure

Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completed KYC verification. Bonus Balance funds are not withdrawable upon account closure unless the relevant wagering requirements have already been satisfied in full.

Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the 222kd Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 222kd does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

222kd does not charge any fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own service charges independently, for which 222kd accepts no responsibility. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in the Player's own name and previously used for a deposit on the same account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to completed KYC verification. During periods of high volume, processing may extend to 48 hours.

222kd reserves the right to conduct additional security or identity checks prior to processing any withdrawal. The Platform may delay or decline a withdrawal request where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

6.1 Wagering Requirement Compliance

Withdrawal of funds associated with active bonus balances is not permitted until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Players may withdraw their Real Money Balance at any time, but doing so while a bonus is active will result in forfeiture of the entire Bonus Balance and any winnings attributed to that bonus.

Bonuses & Promotions

222kd may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, deposit match offers, and other incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated on the promotion. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account without compensation.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 222kd does not accept requests to cancel a wager after confirmation, except in cases of system error or where a market is voided due to circumstances outside the Platform's control.
• In the event of a technical fault or network interruption during a game session, the outcome will be determined by the Platform's server-side records. Player-side device logs are not accepted as evidence of disputed outcomes.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per game, and per day. These limits are displayed within the relevant game lobby or betting market and may vary by product.
• Cricket betting markets are offered subject to the official results declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). 222kd follows standard Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) rulings for weather-affected matches.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 222kd Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account or assisting any other person in circumventing the one-account-per-player policy.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time notifications to alert them after a defined period of continuous play.

Limitation of Liability

222kd does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability. 222kd will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

The Platform's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data Protection

222kd collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference and available at https://222kd.io/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

222kd applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Account data is stored on secured servers and is not sold or transferred to unaffiliated third parties except as required for payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, or where mandated by law.

Amendments to These Terms

In the event of any dispute between a Player and 222kd arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through direct communication in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree that the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration under international commercial arbitration rules.
